Even with a little light on the horizon it looks like the new normal is likely to include home working for many of us. It’s a positive thing in terms of a better work-life balance, but working in this two dimensional format does have it’s challenges if you’re trying to build engagement and rapport, particularly when meeting people for the first time.
Creating eye contact with someone is key to building engagement so it’s important to set yourself up for video calls in a way that gives you the best chance to do just that. You want to draw people into you, so they focus on your face and what you’re saying rather than being distracted and having a nosey at what’s going on around you.

If you’d like to discover your ‘wow’ colours give me a call now to chat about having your colours ????????.
